Training and Development
Training content areas are geared to equip employees with a high level of team, management, and organizational skills and capabilities, to complement available functional/technical skills, that as a whole contribute to superior sustained performance in a responsive and resilient organization. Supported training units are modular and can be tailored to address unique customer needs. A sample of generic training units are listed below:
- Foundation Units (Level 1) - Basic training units
- Advanced Units (Level 2) - Advanced training units
- Custom Unit - Custom requests for workshops.
Training units contain learning goals and learning modules with built-in flexibility to adapt to customer needs.
