Consulting involves working in a collaborative way with all levels of the organization beginning with senior leadership. We listen intently to understand client near term and long term needs and propose alternatives for addressing needs. Consulting work often involves assessments and coaching.
Consulting work encompasses one or more of the organizations sub-systems depending on customer need, e.g. Leadership, Management, Vision and Strategy, Human Recourses Systems, Structure, Culture, Technology, processes, skills, etc.
